1)...There is a rule in world cup soccer. In Europe a European team wins in America an American team wins. 2)...Brazil won in 2002 because the cup was in Asia and it was a consolation for having had to throw the championship in 1998 to France 3)...This year France is actually better than Brazil , but even if Brazil were still the best team on earth, and they are not, defer to rule number 1.
